The practice is very special, you must do it and it is a very special practice, this practice is very powerful and many people have tried and know how to do this practice, when you go to bed to sleep, then you have to do this have to be implemented,
Any person can do this practice, first of all you have to read Bismillahirrahmanirrahim, after that you have to read Surah Ikhlas three times, then after that you have to read Surah Naas three times then after that you have to read Surah falak three times after reading all these You have to suffocate both your hands and fail your hands on your face and your body and after that you have to go to sleep.

The Ultimate Benefits of Surah Ikhlas – The Powerfull Ahadit
Surah Ikhlas is also known as Surah at-Tawheed. Tawheed means unity. So this Surah is all about explaining the Oneness of Allah which is the first pillar of Islam. The importance of Ikhlas can be judged by the following hadith of the Holy Prophet (PBUH):
Surah Ikhlas
Recitation of Surah Ikhlas -
“Say: He is Allah, Absolute Oneness….., By Him in Whose hand my soul is, it is equal to one-third of the Quran!” (Bukhari)
So it is evident that one who recites Surah Ikhlas once shall be rewarded for reciting one-third of the Holy Quran. Once a companion of the Holy Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) said:
“I really love this Surah (Ikhlas).”
The Holy Prophet answered:
“And your love for it will enable you to enter paradise.” (Tirmidhi)
Hence it is clear how important this Surah is. Its recitation can help you enter Paradise. What more could a Muslim ask for! Another hadith tells us how important Surah Ikhlas is in keeping us protected from evil.
“When you recite Surah Fatiha and Surah Ikhlas upon lying on your bed, you will be safeguarded and should become fearless of everything except death.” (Tafseer Mazhari)
So it is a really good habit to recite these two surahs before sleeping. Especially if this habit of reciting these two surahs is inculcated in children they would not fear to sleep and keep this habit with them forever.
One hadith tells us how important surah Ikhlas is in pleasing Allah and seeking forgiveness from him. It helps you to get love and protection of Allah.
“If anyone recites two hundred times daily, Qul huwallahu Ahad the sins of fifty years will be wiped out unless he is in debt.” (Tirmidhi)
Surah Ikhlas also helps eradicate poverty and bring blessings of Allah in your home. The Holy Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) once said:
“Whoever reads Surat qul hu-wallaahu ‘Ahad when he enters his house, poverty will be eradicated from the family of that household and neighbors.”
The Holy Prophet once advised a man to say Salaam and recite Surah Ikhlas upon entering his home. In a few days, it was observed that the man got rich.
The Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) also encouraged the recitation of Surah Ikhlas when someone is on his deathbed as it increases the presence of angels at this time.
All these ahadith tell us the importance of Ikhlas for the Muslims.

Surah Nas Benefits
There are numerous traditions on the virtue of reciting this Surah.
Our Beloved Prophet sallal laahu alaihi wasallam ecame gravely ill. Gabriel and Michael, two great angels of Allah, came to him. Gabriel sat beside the head of the holy Prophet (S) and Michael sat near his feet. Gabriel recited Surah Falaq and by it placed the Prophet (Salla laahu alaihi wasallam) in the refuge of Allah; and Michael recited Surah Naas.
Our Beloved Imam Ja’far as-Sadiq (Radi allahu tala anhu) has said that whoever recites this Surah in his house every night, will be kept safe from Jinnaat and the evil designs of Shaitan.
Our Beloved Imam Muhammad Baqir (Radi allahu tala anhu), which was formerly mentioned, it is said: “He who recites Surah Falaq, Nas, and Ikhlas in his Watr prayer he will be told ‘O servant of Allah, rejoice that Allah accepted your Watr prayer’.

Surah Naas Benefits those who have pain on any pain-giving part of the body, the pain would disappear and also fast cure when read on medicine, before taking it.
Reciting the Ma’udhatayn before sleeping is a means of safety and if recited on any part of the body that is paining, the pain will be relieved.
Those who recites Surah Naas before going to sleep he remains in the protection of Allah till morning; and there is protection and freedom from grief, sorrow.
Surah Naas Benefits if it is recited in a house, it would remain free form jinn and evil spirits.
FAZILAT of surah falak
Holy Quran is a book of knowledge and Wisdom. Though it is the holiest religious book of Muslims, though, to those who desire to know about the world and universe and the concept of ALLAH Almighty and how He alone is the Creator of all, Holy Quran presents vast examples and explains the whole thing in detail. Therefore, Muslims receive the double benefits of getting reward by reciting the Holy Quran, as well as finding commands and instructions to understand and know life and live it in a superior way.
Holy Quran is comprised of Surahs (chapters) where each and every verse had a specific reason behind its revelation. Furthermore, other than the verses being a part of Holy Quran that brings return, there are different verses that come with extraordinary virtues. Two of such renowned short chapters are Surah al Falaq, and Surah an Naas.
SURAH AL FALAQ:
The translation of the Surah al Falaq is:
“Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of the Dawn. From the mischief of created things; from the mischief of Darkness as it overspreads; from the mischief of those who practice Secret Arts; and from the mischief of the envious one as he practices envy.”
Virtues of this surah:

Hence, a Muslim should also consider following the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet (PBUH) and then be familiar with the endless benefits it brings to a person.
Finding Insight:
If a person considers over the verses of Surah al Falaq then a person can easily assess that these verses refer to seeking safety and protection of ALLAH Almighty, initially from all kinds of evil that befalls in night or day. Secondly, shield from those people who practice magic and thirdly, defence from those who are envious and jealous and conduct acts of jealousy.
All these three are the most generally occurring things that can easily harm a person. Hence, this Surah tells that if a person is to seek guard and protection from these 3 kinds of ills, then one should invoke ALLAH Almighty. Hence, the recitation of Surah al Falaq can assist a great deal in fighting envy, evil, and secret art.
